    The accommodation we stayed in in Mexico was incredible. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were lovely and approachable. They would do anything if asked and which is very friendly. The hotel room itself was lovely. It was clean. It was spacious. It was very modern. Couldn’t fault it. The only negative I would stay to the accommodation was when booking the holiday it was made to be very food orientated the food was supposed to be five star and was raved about when attending the resort accommodation the food wasn’t bad. The food was lovely. I wouldn’t say it was as described as good as it was described on the accommodation description online.

    The room are good but very dated only two lights in the actual main living area so it’s got very dark in the room in the evening. One only plug socket we could find . Lovely shower lovely Jacuzzi bath bed was really comfortable lots of positive lovely stock fridge with free crisps and pop and beer if you wanted it plenty of water if you ask for it. The rooms kept really clean. I am lovely. Made a lovely towel art so yeah we couldn’t really thought the room really good Location we wanted to go in a certain area in a block and we were given that we were really happy with the room position of the room right near the

    We had an absolutely fantastic stay at El Dorado Palms in Mexico! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food deserves a special mention. There was such a great variety, everything was beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We looked forward to every meal! The whole experience was made even better by the outstanding service and attention to detail throughout the resort. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff always greeted us with a smile. We had an amazing time and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, fantastic service, and a wonderful Mexican holiday! 🇲🇽☀️🌴
