    There was no information, about entertainment, shuttle to Corfu, we found most things by ourselves . the shower leaked into bedroom, but maintenance was sent with a mastic gun to repair. Cleanliness wasn’t good.

    Linen service poor/ beach towels disgusting thread bare and only available every other day and limited times to change towels/no waitress service at lounge bar we had to stand in queue to be served often 6 deep never experienced this before / pool very dirty scum around the edges complained and it was cleaned that night some improvement but we did not use it again

    Hotel was in a great location (right on the beach), it was well maintained, had lots of sun loungers available, the buffet had plenty of options and liked the different themed food nights. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.

    The hotel was NOT to the usual high standard of Tui Blue. Very modern but room lacked facilities. Two adults in a double room yet only 4 small shelves in the wardrobe for clothing. A hair dryer that only works when plugged into a socket 4m away from any mirror and in front of the TV. The TV had a frozen volume level which could not be heard. Small lifts which are always busy, lack of drinking water delivered to the room, had to use the lift to go down 4 floors to refill empty bottles from a water fountain. Most food was only warm and over cooked so became dry. Room safe is inside wardrobe 6ft off of the floor difficult for short guests to reach and unable to reach to the back of the compartment. Sun umbrellas on the beach are in poor condition and difficult or impossible to erect. No tea or coffee pots in the restaurant at breakfast hot drinks only from vending machines and have to be carried back to table through a busy crowded restaurant which is dangerous. No bar to table service in the bar had to stand in a queue at the bar and carry drinks back to your table if were lucky enough to get a table. Only information available in the room is on a small poster fixed to the wall. Air con system is difficult to understand and the temperature is fixed at 26c. The hotel staff were all excellent and friendly. The hotel was clean but certainly not to Tui Blue standard.
