Staff very good, very attentive and willing to help, only downside was lady in ice cream bar - very miserable and Ali baba, he was overly intrusive and would not leave you alone trying to sign you up for things daily, this became very annoying and made us all feel uncomfortable. Upon arrival, rooms had been allocated poorly, we are a family of 6 myself my 4 children (all over 18 and my grand daughter 2 years old) We had been given a room with 1 double bed and bunk beds, all of us too big for bunk beds and 2 year old to young, the assumption that we were able to sleep in the same bed was a little disappointing & our only option was to pay to be moved - seems a little unfair when rooms were available (£150 upgrade charge) Food options were poor and no labelling made it impossible to decide what to eat, any one with allergies or intolerance to something it’s a disaster. Snack bar, not a snack bar but a different restaurant that you had to sit in to eat, not like a normal snack bar at all, staff good and food good bit bizarre to call it a snack bar. Again no drinks list in English and lots being off limits unless you paid for them, a little unfair. England game on - only place to watch was the bar you had to pay for, why when same drinks are being served for free elsewhere? People wanting to watch the match but being charged a premium to do so we felt like we were being robbed. Bedrooms overall clean and tidy (cleaners did a great job) bath very very poor, looks filthy not great for putting a child in and why so high for the panelling? I fell out on the first day as hadn’t realised how much of a drop there was from the bath to the floor hurting my shoulder and stopping me for 2 days using my arm fully. Overall we would give a 7/10 could be so much better with small improvements. We had a good time overall but we would not return, we have frequented holiday villages for a long time and I feel that this is the worst we have been to.

All the staff couldn't do enough for you , very friendly always smiling and happy to help you . The hotel and food was amazing

Hotel and grounds were exceptionally clean. Service was good - post tipping. 3rd bed was actually a sleeper sofa, extremely hard & uncomfortable, room quite small, as with balcony. Different pools / activities where quite spread out - long walks to each respective area. No nearby shops or day trip facilities. Football acadamy attended, paid for but the football shirts had not yet arrived due to being held up by customs, would really like to still get this!

The hotel and their stuff were absolutely superb. The stuff couldn’t do more for our family. They were fantastic with the children the food and the drink service was incredible. The facilities for families was unmatched.

One of the best places I’ve ever been especially if you have kids there is so much to do with them id give it a 10/10 definitely would go back again loved it
