    All really good quality and experience apart from the attentiveness of the reception staff which for a 4 star you would expect more. We had a couple of requests when items in our room were missing and it took many attempts to rectify what were very easy requests (missing towels and bedding after our room had been cleaned).

    I do not believe this hotel should be advertised as 4 star , it is clean throughout main areas and rooms get cleaned but bedding is not always changed and floors are not swept or mopped your feet transfer muck into the shower and even after are mucky dusty straight away. Food is ok plenty of choice but very repetitive and not always hot . Drinks are terrible very watered down and not much selection no branded drinks, and the bottled water situation is shocking you get one bottle on arrival and are expected to use that bottle to fill up with the machine water which was constantly had a warning sign on it to say it was not cold so you was drinking warm water when it was red hot , we had to keep going to the shop to buy water for all the family which should not have to be the case. A lot of activities are all for older children all have age restrictions of 12+ 16 + which is not told at the time of booking . One pool you can not have any floats in even a safety ring you get whistled by lifeguards and told to go in the one small pool that allows floats which is so full it is unsafe with younger children as the can’t move around with all the floats . The bigger pool with no floats is full of some sort of black floating pieces all day which looks like grime from the tiles which makes it extremely uninviting . There is no beach really as advertised just a small area and the beach is all rocks and rough waters . The sunbed situation is ridiculous they don’t let people get a sun lounger until 8am which people start queuing from 7am as there is only a few loungers with umbrellas which are needed again for children , they then open at 8 and the queuing goes up the wall and everyone proceeds to run for loungers causing arguments and overall bad atmosphere . The sun loungers are all rammed together with your elbows touching the person next to you who you don’t know , there is no room to walk down the side of your lounger or even move the lounger to face sun etc , there is no tables around loungers to put belongings everything has to go on the wet floor . And you can’t take any snacks in the day time around the pool again you get whistled at and marched back inside to eat in the hot stuffy school like dinner hall . For what we paid for the holiday we are very disappointed and would not recommend at all it’s was like a butlins abroad and definitely should be re looked at been a 4 star and the wording looked at in facilities and things made more clear at the time of booking.
