“Halvtaskigt hotell”

Hotellet lämnade en del att önska. Rummet hade en dusch mitt i ett av sovrummen. Buffén hade oftast nåt alternativ som gick att äta, åt mest grekisk sallad. Snackbaren var bättre än buffén med pitabröd och gyros bla. Drinkar och vin höll lägre kvalitet. Rekommenderar inte hotellet om man värdesätter boendet, skall man bara ha någonstans att bo är det ok.

“Skitigt och sunkigt hotell”

Otroligt skitigt och sunkigt hotell. Vi kunde inte ens spola på toaletten, det tog två dygn innan det åtgärdades. Personalen är supertrevlig men kan tyvärr inte trolla. Maten var god men öl, vin och drinkar kändes utspädda. Snack baren, en katastrof Maria som jobbade där satt mest på sin stol, fyllde inte på mat och rena muggar till läsk. Janis i baren var bara sur och uttråkad av sitt jobb.

By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was not cleaned the for the entire time we were there. On the fourth day we asked if it could be cleaned and all they did was make the bed, they didn’t change the sheets, just made the beds with the sheets we had been sleeping in since we had arrived. We didn’t take our shoes off the whole time we were there because the floor in the room was so dirty. It is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that the sunbeds aren’t cleaned, not only is this disgusting but it meant that people could leave there towels on them overnight meaning no body who arrived after them had a chance of getting a sunbeds until they left. We complained about this to the staff at reception who said this was not allowed they wouldn’t move them but we couldn’t move them either. The hotel cost us just over £2000 during term time so whilst we were expecting cheap and cheerful we also expected it to be clean. The drink that had been spilt on the table on the first day we arrived was still there on our last day, so they clearly weren’t cleaning anything to even the most basic of standards. We expected far more from a booking made with TUI who we would have complained to but didn’t see a rep atall during our stay. I find it hard to believe any of the good reviews, because I have never left a review before and have stayed in much cheaper hotels but felt I needed to warn anyone who thinks this is a good option for a budget friendly holiday.

“Wakacje z nastolatkami”

Bardzo fajny hotel, kameralny, pięknie zlokalizowany. Pokoje sprzątane praktycznie co dziennie. Ręczniki w połowie pobytu również zostały nam wymienione. Dostałyśmy pokoje w skrzydle z dala od zgiełku i hałasu gości hotelowych co dla mnie było na plus. Polecam. Z przyjemnością jeszcze tu wrócę. Cisza, spokój, pyszne jedzenie.

Accommodation not as described. Was moved to olympia sun as original booking with different hotel was now no longer available? No tui rep onsite to discuss. Balcony faced a wall. Overall. the accommodation was basic. No entertainment in the evening .
