Everything was superb, clean rooms, attentive staff and nothing was a problem.

Beautiful beach, friendly, attentive staff and amazing food.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by the amazing TUI BLUE Palm Beach Hammamet staff team. We were sat down in Thea’s Coffee Shop and were offered drinks and a sandwich while we filled out the hotel’s paperwork. While reception were processing our documents, I decided to go and say hello to all of the staff members in the hotel, as this was our third time returning to TUI BLUE Palm Beach Hammamet and the staff members feel like family. When we reunite with them, it’s so heartwarming, and it’s just amazing. The hotel overall is just perfect. I always say to friends and family that if I could design my dream hotel, it would be exactly like Palm Beach. But overall, I think it’s the staff that make it. I will provide shoutouts below: Sonia (General Manager): Sonia is such an amazing GM. She puts so much care into building connections with guests within the hotel, and she would do anything for anybody. We had an issue with one of the rooms and the shower not working, but within minutes of informing her, we were moved as soon as possible, and she contacted the right people to deal with that old room so new arrival guests could have the best experience possible. Nesrine (BLUE Guide Experience Manager): Nesrine has only just recently been promoted to Experience Manager after recently being Digital Experience. From what I have seen, she is doing an absolutely fantastic job. As the hotel is still currently trying to hire for her old job role, she is handling both job roles at once, and she is still able to build connections with guests, plan events within the hotel, and manage the day-to-day operations within TUI BLUE. Baha (Security Manager): Baha is absolutely amazing at his job. There was an incident that took place with another drunk guest, and after reception were informed, they alerted Baha, who then dealt with it straight away. The following day, he reassured the individuals involved to make sure they were okay and felt safe within the hotel. Oumaima (Hygienist): We have been to the hotel three times, including this holiday, and I had never seen Oumaima before due to her job being behind the scenes. As TUI BLUE is celebrating its 10-year anniversary, all of the hotels have been planning events to celebrate. During our stay at Palm Beach, we had the Garden Party where all of the management were attending during the evening, and that’s where I met Oumaima. Honestly, this was just as heartwarming for her as it was for me. It was lovely to meet her, and she honestly made my holiday as it was so lovely to finally see her. Sami (F&B Manager): Whenever I see Sami around the hotel, he always makes conversation with me, which is amazing. He also always seems really busy making sure all of the F&B department is running smoothly, and he must be doing a good job because the food and beverages at Palm Beach Hammamet are absolutely amazing. The bar team are also amazing. They always make sure you have a drink in your hand and are enjoying your daytime and evening. A special shoutout to Yessine, as he was such a lovely person, and he made us all feel very welcome and special. The entertainment team, Ghofy, Issam, and Nino (Hamza), are honestly amazing at their jobs. They go above and beyond to make your holiday so special, and they honestly know how to get everyone up dancing and enjoying the evening. You also see them all during the daytime putting their hearts and souls into the daytime activities for all of the guests to enjoy. But honestly speaking, TUI BLUE Palm Beach Hammamet is the best hotel we have ever been to, even to the point where I would love to work there in the future when I become old enough. The staff are honestly what make this hotel so special. Every single member of staff is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making your holiday unforgettable. Even after returning home, I am still in contact with many of them on social media, and they all truly feel like family to me. That just shows the incredible connections they build with their guests, and it’s one of the biggest reasons why we keep coming back year after year. A big thank you to everyone within the hotel who makes “unforgettable memories”, as TUI BLUE’s slogan says!
