    Recommended

    Great holiday overall. Improvements: 1) Children preferred Tui Bots approach at Aphrodite Hills with more characters on stage and more Tui Bot songs per night. 2) Not sure why Tui aren’t selling the Bot teddies and it was like a quite secret to get a teddy by doing the Saturday night party. 3) The representative from Dolphin transfer back to the airport was incredibly rude.

    The food was not to our liking and the service in the restaurant was not what we would expect from a hotel rated with 5 stars, no welcome, no drinks service, not helped to find a table. The food in the main restaurant was poor on our first night and we did not want to waste another evening in there so didn’t go back, breakfast was also poor and was avoided. The al a carte restaurant were marginally better but again nowhere near what we would expect from a 5 star hotel. Overall I’d summarise the hotel as having 5 star facilities but 3 star food and food service. Very disappointing especially given how isolated it is

    Lovely, spacious accommodation with a good amount of storage and comfortable beds. The hotel had lots going on for all ages, if you wanted to participate.
