    The accommodation was spectacular. Very comfortable bedding and so much space. Only downside was the air conditioning that didn't seem to kick in on the second night so very hot, but that seemed to right itself.

    The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern, spacious rooms, fantastic facilities and a great atmosphere throughout. We booked a swim-up room and were pleasantly surprised to find the pool was only shared between two rooms, making it feel almost private. The room was spotless every day, well stocked with minibar items and had everything we needed. The only tiny criticism would be that the air conditioning kept resetting to 20°C overnight, but it certainly didn't affect our enjoyment of the holiday. The food was excellent throughout our stay. From the buffet to the snack bars and à la carte restaurants, there was always plenty of choice and we never struggled to find something we enjoyed. The restaurant staff also work incredibly hard to keep everything clean, tidy and constantly replenished. What truly makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. Every single person we encountered—from housekeeping and maintenance to waiters, bar staff and management-was friendly, welcoming and always smiling. Everyone took the time to say hello and made guests feel genuinely valued. Some special mentions are absolutely deserved: • Michael (Reception) - incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. • Dimitrios (Swim-Up Bar) -always smiling, works incredibly hard and makes the most amazing frozen cocktails! • Thanos (Melodia Bar) - fantastic service, great drinks and always friendly. • Romario (Melodia Bar) - simply outstanding. A true cocktail artist whose drinks looked as incredible as they tasted. Despite the bar being busy, he somehow gave every guest a personal experience. We overheard several other guests saying exactly the same thing. • Aaron, Eline and the entire entertainment team - absolutely phenomenal. Seeing the same talented people perform relaxed poolside music during the day, entertain children, host quizzes, put on full Disney and musical productions, then finish the evening entertaining adults at Melodia Bar was incredible. Their energy, talent and enthusiasm never stopped. • Roberto and Zac (Sports Team) - brilliant range of activities for both adults and children, and always friendly and encouraging. The spa was also excellent, with lovely staff throughout. A special mention to the gentleman working there whose name we unfortunately didn't catch —he always greeted us warmly and was a pleasure to chat with. We also loved Bhodi Beach Bar. The live DJs and music during the day created such a fantastic atmosphere and made it a great place to relax.Atlantica Dreams really does have something for everyone, whether you're travelling as a couple or a family. It's rare to stay somewhere where every single member of staff seems genuinely happy, passionate and committed to making your holiday special, but that's exactly what we found here.
