    Hotel accommodation was listed as 5 star but felt more like 3 star. Hotel room was dated and infested with Ants which our helpful TUI Rep Aldo arranged to be treated but this only resolved the issue for a few hours. Two single beds pushed together. Drinking water was restocked daily but not tea & coffee. Buffet restaurant hot food was always cold. The hotel had 3 a la carte restaurants and included 1 meal at each. Parea was nice but felt rushed and was very quiet, great service from Laura. Dantes Italian felt like an extension of the upstairs buffet lounge, such a disappointment as it's in such a lovely setting that has so much potential but would be better if food was served. Elea greek restaurant is in a lovely setting but the weather was cold and we froze sat outside, when we asked for a blanket or patio heater they were unable to provide this making guest experience poor. General lack of toilet facilities near the beach. We enjoyed the entertainment most nights in the main lobby area but the entertainment team were not prepared to change their schedule in poor weather and the kids disco was the same every night. When I asked what they were putting on during a particularly wet day they said we could sit inside playing board games. We did appreciate the selection of board and card games available in the bar in the evenings. Jenny was very happy and helpful who often worked hard in the lobby bar in the evening. The lobby bar area lacked space for entertainment in the evenings when the weather outside was wet. Would benefit from patio heaters. The all inclusive drinks package was too restrictive serving only local brands with very limited supply of sugar free drinks for a T1 diabetic, no slimline tonic. When we asked if we could upgrade we were only offered drinks at individual prices at around 9€ per drink. It felt like the hotel was in need of a renovation and staff were winding down at the end of the season. The ice cream van and coffee van were never open. Staff were generally happy and helpful. Aldo the TUI Rep was very helpful and attentive but our excursions were cancelled and moved on two occasions. I would not recommend this particular hotel. Having experienced a pleasant stay in a sister hotel in Cyprus we were very disappointed. It is a wedding venue and if I were a bride here I would be hugely disappointed. Tui seats on plane both outgoing and return were particularly uncomfortable, you could feel the metal under the foam seat coming through which for someone with a bad back made it unpleasant. When I asked for a cushion the hostess said they didn't have any and it was an old plane.

    The room we stayed in was great. The hotel itself only has 1 bar so gets very busy. Inside seating is massively lacking if the weather is poor. The entertainment staff were terrible. The level of effort put into the daily entertainment was very poor and even worse when the weather is bad! All they put on was board games when the weather is bad and when good, silly poolside games like how long you can balance a stick on your finger or silly questions like should pineapple be on pizzas!!

    Location lovely, snack food could be improved considerably, buffet good, a la carte restaurant terrible apart from Greek. Pool freezing so couldn’t use. Alcoholic drinks poor quality.
