    Recommended

    We requested a high floor and ended up on ground floor with a terrace and no way of drying wet swimwear. On arrival the room lock was a problem so we were prevented from entering until it was fixed. This, on top of our transfer delay, meant we almost missed the final lunch at pool bar. We could have done with more clothes hangers.

    Upset we wasnt warned there is an outbreak of sickness on island. Hotel only started implementing on day 5 of our holiday any safety measures ie posters and room service for those who are sick to stop the spread. We had already been ill by this point. Sick visable in communal areas. Spent most holiday in room ill all of us. Asked for clean sheets in night and pillow cases as all were covered in sick and was given 4 thin single sheets between the 3 of us. Pharmacy aware of issue and had ques out the door. Said this has been the case since beginning of August so why has it been allowed to get this bad. Other hotels were offering gloves in buffets. Some holiday makers were relocated to other parts of island before holiday. Others were allowed to change holiday completely. We were left completely in dark. Disgusting support from tui and hotel ended up ordering food via apps for son to be delivered as we isolated. Then he became ill so still had to stay in room. 7 days out of 10 in a room. Completely ruined our holiday.

    The room was great, great sea view and the beds were extremely comfortable, the cleaners were lovely and we had fresh bedding and towels daily, the food was good, although in a fussy eater there was plenty for me to eat and drink. The staff were great too, although the entertainment team didn’t really chat with us like they did others, but over all we loved our stay. We hired a car which was easy to do too. Shops were in walking distance and the beach was great.
