The hotel was great walk out the back straight onto the beach.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfast was like warm so some improvement there could be made and we went to breakfast early.

Paying for air conditioning was a shock as not told about this. Passports left on show when at times the area was not manned. Reception staff and staff in area where you ate breakfast were not friendly. One cleaner was friendly and the ladies in the snack bar were nice

The hotel could really do with an upgrade everything is dated and liabil to breakdown at some point. The staff work very hard but a lot of guests were unkind and wanting everything for nothing but the staff were told by the owners do not give anything for free, The pool bar is brilliantly run by Ruby Maria and Grace while Yanny is the hardest working person, the breakfast was good enough but a lot of guests took a lot of bread and other items for breakfast and made filled rolls toasties and sandwiches to take away in plastic tupperware boxes so very rude.
