The hotel itself is lovely, with great facilities and a beautiful setting. However, while some members of staff were truly outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, others gave the impression that they did not want to be there, which affected the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, many staff members would benefit from additional customer service training and motivation to ensure a consistently high standard of hospitality. The entertainment team also fell short of expectations. As this is an adults-only hotel, we expected a more engaging and varied entertainment programme. There was very little on offer, and it did not feel any different from other hotels we have stayed in. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel has many positive qualities, and with improvements in customer service and entertainment, it could offer a truly exceptional holiday experience.

The staff couldn\"t be bothered to reset tables and seemed to be to far to much trouble if you asked them to get you the tables reset and the food wasn\" t the greatest either in the buffet or the speciality restaurants no one even asked if the meals were ok.
