    Hygiene was not the best I have sent pictures of the cleanliness of the rooms which poor. As this was our honeymoon this was not the best experience and we said maybe we should of booked another hotel becuase we did not believe it was of a five star standard.

    The room and facilities were lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We’ve been back 7 days now and still suffering from what we picked up. Both of us were ill from day 3 of our honeymoon so couldn’t make the most of our all inclusive food and drink options.

    As my daughter was ill we stayed the room in the aircon so the next day we put the sign on to say please clean the room. However the toilet roll wasn’t changed even though it was empty and rubbish was left in the room. The correct room we were switched to halfway through holiday was full of mosquitoes and cockroach.

    Cockroaches cockroach’s cockroaches housekeeping was very poor cleanliness was lacking the cost of this holiday took over two years to save for this hotel is dirty there were baby roaches too in our room your tui rep was uninterested we think she may have been german, our travel agent had sent detailed letter of complaint on my behalf
