    The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are incredibly attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The other positive is the beach being so close to the hotel and the lift to take you up and down. However, there were some unexpected negative points considering the hotel was advertised as 5* and I would argue that the other few 4* Tui hotels we have stayed at were far better. Atlantica is a little dated in parts and the rooms need some attention. Our air con made the room smell of damp and the bathroom smelled of drains, as did the beach unfortunately. The food was nice but again, not a patch on the 4* hotels we have stayed at. Drinks were very expensive, even for soft drinks so we relied on the mini market. The pool is nice but needs a good clean as everything had a green tinge or line above the water level. There is also a real issue with wasps which the staff had resorted to trapping on a board with honey on it, in the pool area. I don’t think I’d stay again which is a shame as the location is beautiful. Perhaps when they have continued to make improvements to the beach, drainage and rooms.

    Ants in hotel room, various bugs including big spider. Called for reception to remove and no one turned up. Had to deal with this ourselves. Definitely not a five star.

    Very clean Lovely views.Drip from bathroom ceiling reported 3 times but no come back.Had to put towel on floor which was slippery.Chairs dragging on tiles above noisy so felt needed on leg bottoms.
