    The hotel is lovely and our room was really nice. We had 2 balconies, one which overlooked the sea and the other towards the pool with great views of the town. The mini bar is great and restocked daily. Coffee machine comes with 4 pods then they are payable if you want any more. We found the room was dusty and the covers had the odd stain. The cleaners come everyday but its more of a tidy up than a clean. The pool is in need of a good clean! Theres thick black lumps all over the floor, sides and especially under the lip of the pool. Bathrooms and everywhere else was always immaculate. All in all its a great hotel. They cater to your needs however they can. My husband has strict medical dietary requirements and they went above and beyond to make sure he could eat whatever he wanted. When we arrived at the hotel we had a meeting with the manager, who was amazing although his name unfortunately slips my mind, and he immediately set our minds at ease. The head chef is invaluable, I cant sing his praises enough. He came out to meet us during the meal times to show what food was ok and always offered to cook something just for him. He made a lot of effort which is appreciated. When it's a health condition going away can be scary! The food was always amazing. A very good hotel and worth a visit!

    Most of the staff were really good and we were really happy with them, however the reception staff could be improved by providing better support with the problems that affected us, Wi-Fi, TV and drinks . Unfortunately we had to report the problems with the Wi-Fi on several occasions and didn’t get any feedback from them. This was also reported to the TUI representative and we were informed that someone from the hotel would come back to me …… Unfortunately this didn’t happen.

    Very pleased overall, lovely hotel, great staff and good choice of food. Only negatives was smoking was permitted anywhere outside, there should be designated smoking areas so that non smokers are not subjected to others smoke. Also the hotel tennis courts were used by people outside of the hotel, this meant that the availability was very restricted with the best times already having been pre booked.
