    Recommended

    Some parts of the hotel room didn't meet my expectations but the hotel in general was stunning. My partner did struggle with the food as the amount of fresh cooked meat was minimal. The entertainment was quite poor. Singers not particularly great. Overall we enjoyed the holiday accommodation.

    In the dining area there is no ability to obtain drinks without having to sit and wait for someone to come and take the order, in any hotel restaurant i have been in it was always available to collect on your own accord, this service was slow, meals were finished before someone came to ask if you needed a drink! Having to pay for juice on last day whilst given a voucher for a lunch was absurd when we had paid for a full weeks all inclusive, therefore lost 2 days of use of this! The room was ant infected, no ither rooms available, room sprayed twice to try and kill the ants, nobody cleaned the dead ants from the walls after spraying! The tui rep offered no welcome meeting, she came to hotel on the days advised, sat at a table and if someone was waiting then she would shout over can i help u,,, no welcome meeting was offered! She was very abrupt with people, a german couple before us was trying to ask her something and she was rather rude towards them as she couldnt understand them! She said she wasnt the usual rep for that hotel and was there as someone else couldnt make it!

    All staff were incredible and friendly. Special shout out to David (bar) and Desiré (spa). They made the whole experience memorable and relaxing.

    You could not get bottle water during my holiday and in a warm country that's not rite only two cartons in foom on arrival.

    The room had the smallest balcony i have ever seen! It had zero sun EVER. It looked on to a giant gas tank someones room. Hard beds. Hard pillows.
