    Not clean bad manners from most the staff even having to wait for food well they finish there phone calls. Food was the same every day not much to choice from. The drinks even when asked were not what you asked for to sum it up the worse holiday booking for years

    Our experience at the hotel was unfortunately very disappointing, especially as a family travelling with a toddler. When we arrived, our flight was delayed and we had used all the milk we had brought for our baby. We asked at the hotel for help, but there was nothing available. There wasn’t even a small carton of milk in the little fridge that we could have bought or used that night. We were told there would be some available the following day, but that didn’t help us when we urgently needed milk for our toddler that evening. Things became even more worrying during the night when our child developed a temperature. We went to reception to ask for a thermometer, but they didn’t have one. As parents travelling with a young child, this was extremely stressful. The following day, we discovered that the hotel actually had access to a 24/7 doctor service. This made the situation even more frustrating. If reception had simply informed us that medical assistance was available, or even offered to call the doctor for us, it would have made a huge difference. Instead, we were left to figure things out ourselves when we were already worried about our child. To me, this showed a real lack of care and communication. There also wasn’t a great deal for toddlers to do at the hotel. There were some activities and facilities for older children, and in general the staff were friendly and did their best with what they had. However, from a family perspective, I honestly don’t feel the hotel offers enough for families with very young children. The reception team in particular could have gone the extra mile. When you’re travelling with a toddler, small things such as helping to find milk, providing a thermometer, explaining the medical service, or simply showing a little more understanding can make a huge difference. Overall, despite the hotel being advertised as family-friendly, our experience did not feel that way. For us, it was not a hotel that truly understood or catered for families with toddlers, and unfortunately this took away a lot of the enjoyment from our holiday.

    We were unhappy with the room allocated on arrival but the staff arranged a transfer to a much more suitable room on the 3rd day.

    Second room was lovely the first room they gave us was terrible, we paid for a double room but after they moved us 23 ended up with two single beds for the rest of the holiday, not good and not what we paid for.

    Hotel reception were most helpful. They refused a call to my room it wouldn't cost them anything as it was tui ringing me.
