We stayed at the Summer Dream Hotel in Rethymnon, Crete, and were really pleased with our choice. The hotel is modern, stylish and well looked after, with a strong focus on being environmentally friendly. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, and it was lovely to be recognised by them from our previous visit. This was our second time booking the same holiday with TUI, and once again the hotel did not disappoint. We had a relaxing stay and particularly liked the fact that there was no need to get up early to secure a sunbed. The hotel is also in a great location, just a short walk from the seafront, with a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops close by. There is a lovely woman working in the pool bar, who spends her time looking after the strays in the area and rehoming them, including funding neutering and vaccinations. She raises money at the pool bar. Overall, the accommodation provided everything we wanted for a relaxing holiday, and we would happily stay there again

Apartments were lovely and modern and clean and fully equipped. The staff were friendly and the food was decent too.

Fantastische accomodatie! Rethymnon 1 van de allerleukste plaatsen. Heerlijk strand, vriendelijke mensen, betaalbare prijzen, heerlijk eten en mooie omgeving met veel leuke activiteiten en excursies. TUI goed georganiseerde reis met bij te boeken transfer en goede duidelijke communicatie!

“Fantastisch kleinschalig appartementencomplex”

Kleinschalig appartementencomplex met prachtige appartementen. Er wordt zeer goed schoongemaakt. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Het personeel super vriendelijk en altijd in voor een praatje. Het restaurant bij het zwembad is gezellig en daar kan je heerlijk eten. Om de hoek is een prachtige supermarkt waar je ook alles kan kopen. Echt een aanrader om hier een verblijf te boeken. We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad.

Pool stairs weren’t secure nearly went flying getting out the pool there’s a strange man who walks around on his balcony for hours opposite our room. I’ve stepped in bigger puddles than the pool at that hotel definitely shouldn’t be a 4 star after maids room still not clean floor covered in sand and stunk of poo all the time I was really devastated saved up for the holiday for months for me and my partner and it was so bad we were looking at flights home mid week.
