    Floor upgrade happening with loud drilling & shouting early am. Charged for ice. Milk & cup cleaning in the room only provided on the first day & pay for replacements. No shower caps or tissues. Charge for safe €3 a day + refunded deposit. No doors on wardrobes-hate looking at clothes. BED DAMP. Staff very unfriendly-we say only one person with a smile while assisting us. No AC in courtesy room @ poor AC in lobby. Will not return to this hotel

    Very clean Hotel, just the odd cockroach that we had to deal with in the room. Gaps on bottom of the main room doors are too large allowing them to get into the rooms. All doors need to have a brush bar fitted

    We were lucky with our hotel room, there were renovation works being completed whilst we stayed which we were not notified of prior to our trip however we were very lucky with where our room was located, we were away from the noise. Other guests were complaining so we were grateful to not have any issues. The breakfast included was lovely too

    It would have been useful to explain that if booked with a tour operator the hotel removes your up privileges at 12 noon even if you have an evening flight the cost of 50€ just o extend an afternoon by the pool was extortionate Also the rooms 6th floor and downstairs pool and corridors between lifts and rooms all need a refurb lots of broken tile in main pool downstairs corridors looked unkept and grey and there were lots of scuffs on walls and ants on balconies
