Although the hotel itself was clean, the rooms were not cleaned everyday nor was the bedding changed. Food was awful most of the time. If you like Fish, Pasta, Pizza or Chips for lunch and dinner daily.

The hotel was lovely but we all became unwell over the holiday and I spoke to a numerous amount of families in the same situation. Each time I approached the Rep another person or family was reporting illness to him, at one point he told me himself that a load of new holiday makers had arrived and were unwell. I also joined two groups for the hotel and there were so many posts of people being unwell at the same time and the week before. One person even posted on the 'I have been poisoned' website. We ended up eating out and having to change up money as were were too anxious to eat at the hotel. My children also would not go back in the pool for a couple of days as they were scared they would become ill again. Hand sanitisers were added into the restaurant area after a couple of families complained. There were flies all over the food. Hotel staff pretended there were no issues. I spent a lot of money at the pharmacy purchasing medication for us to try and get better. I also cleaned our room myself.

Very noisy people trying to get into room had cold food in both returants room very cold overall bad place
