    Brambles over grown in our balcony which ripped our clothes cut my son’s arm. Hygienic standards not great

    Clean could have been a little bigger as with the single bed as well as the double it was really difficult to access the balcony

    While the accommodation was clean and the staff were welcoming the animation team were great. The food selection was basic and if you had someone with an food allergy the food was very limited to hardly any options at all

    I had the most amazing time in Marrakesh and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! The place itself was absolutely beautiful, with such a lovely atmosphere, stunning surroundings and everything i could have wanted for a relaxing and enjoyable break. A huge shoutout has to go to the entertainment team, who were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly, energetic and welcoming throughout our stay and really helped make the holiday so enjoyable. There was always something going on, and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. I genuinely enjoyed every minute of my time in Morocco and came home already wanting to go back. I’ve started looking at flights to return at the end of the year, which probably says it all! I would definitely recommend this place, and I honestly can’t wait to return! 🇲🇦☀️❤️

    Needs some work. The finish isn’t great with paint drips in the shower and the bathroom mirror was all cracked. The door frames were in need of filling and it felt dated. The dining hall floor had a lot of cracks in the floor and again had a weird smell. There is some sort of drainage issue through-out as there was a drain mildew smell in different parts of the hotel
