    Recommended

    Our room was basic but comfortable. Cleaned daily to a high standard. The air conditioning was efficient but extremely loud and woke us many times during the night with rattling sounds. The sunbed situation by the main pool needs to be evaluated. By 10am all sunbeds were taken. More need to be placed around the pools in better areas. The air conditioning in the resturaunt and entertainment/bar area was poor and guests were extremely hot and uncomfortable due to this. We found to food to a decent standard and enjoyed all of our meals. Drinks were also good. Staff were mostly kind and attentive. Most entertainment was in Spanish and due to this my son was completely left out and not engaged by entertainment staff as we have been in other hotels. This was disappointing as we usually like to join in. Evening entertainment was good but on a weekly rolling schedule, this could be changed to two weekly to include more variety for guests staying longer than 2 weeks. The hotel was situated in a lovely spot with easy access to buses etc.

    When we arrived we got informed that we were indeed all inclusive however not the \"gold all inclusive\" which was 20 euros a day per adult extra. This meant we count get bottled water certain drinks etc. We chose to not upgrade as it seemed very expensive. When we went to the bar we were told by atleast 3 different bar staff we weren't allowed cocktails at all or the kids slushys. However other people with the same all inclusive could. It all depended on who you spoke to at the bar and if they accepted the English. This became very apparent when we were told no to multiple things because they were for the Spanish on the last day we spoke to a lovely lady at the bar who was shocked we couldnt get cocktails as rhwy were all included except one. My 10 year old asked to join the kids club activity and being told no its full only for 3 spanish children to walk up and ask and get signed in to join. I did not see 1 English speaking child in the kids club the entire time. To be honest this is the first holiday I have been disappointed in. It was good enough to enjoy but very limiting. I think the last straw was us asking for a late check out room, we were told it couldn't be booked until the day before, we went to do it and we're told there was not a single room in the entire hotel for us avaliable, yet the spanish people checking out next to us got given one. Extra for access to the safe, extra for a kettle, credit card for towels, extra money to actually get \"all\" inclusive. Told no if your not spanish. We also had 4 cockroaches across the stay but I dont blame the hotel for that its nature!!
