    We arrived at around 11.30 but were unable to check in until after 14.00, we had to sit in the bar for over 2 1/2 hours. The room was very bland and had very little storage, no draws or vanity mirror. More coat hangers were needed as we only had 6 each for a week’s stay. The kettle was dirty and had to be replaced immediately as it stopped working. At reception I asked for more teabags and was advised that the ration was 1 teabag per person per day! The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall and the air conditioning grill was filthy. The bed was comfortable and we had a lovely view from our balcony.

    Room was short on storage space and as there was nowhere to put your cases we had to use the bed, not ideal. The sun bed layout was ridiculous! Beds were pushed tightly together with zero gaps and the table was in front of the parasols which made it impossible to raise / adjust without walking to the row behind you, more worryingly one guest hand had his hand touching my wife’s leg, completely unintentional, another guest had her arm skin “nipped” between hers and the next bed leaving a nasty bruise, these situations are always going to happen with this bed arrangement and needs to be addressed

    Our upgraded room was gorgeous, cleaned to perfection every day, and the views were breathtaking. The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. The only tiny downside was the sunbed queues, but the accommodation itself was absolutely wonderful.
