    Accommodation was clean. Staff friendly. Food was very poor. We choose to eat out. Rep welcome meeting was over 24hrs after our arrival ( we didn’t go) Flight Ryan air - The cabin crew were friendly The whole of the aircraft needs a good clean.

    There were good bits and bad bits. The good: it's very clean and tidy, and the staff are super helpful. The bad is that it had some misrepresented features, in particular the infinity pool looks great on the pictures but when you get to the rooftop (that's where it is), it's quite a small pool shared by loads of guests, there's not much you can do in it. And in fact the rooftop terrace had too little space to fit everyone, and was very cramped, we didn't really relax on our sunbed since you were elbow to elbow with others. And, the rooms were very noisy. Because we were on the ninth floor we could hear the staff move furniture around on the tenth floor, which happened every day, every evening, as they prepared for dinners and whatnot.

    Nice, clean modern hotel with good size rooms. Could have done with a sofa rather than table and chairs for the seating area to make it more comfy. There was plenty of space. Great rooftop pool, just a shame there are limited loungers, you need to get there early! All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.
