This is the third time staying at the Royalton Bavaro in Punta Cana. We will be back for a fourth time, it’s great value for money, can always find something to eat even if you’re a fussy eater.
Show moreAlthough it offers Diamond Club I felt it was not necessary as the hotel itself offers excellent service. The Royalton app offers a real easy way to communicate and avoids morning q to book the restaurants. Also when issues came up such as no ironing board in the room it was a simple few clicks and then you were updated on the progress. Therefore for people without a smart phone it might be more complex. The WiFi was excellent throughout the site so no need to come off airplane mode to communicate with home. The entertainment was brilliant and even included live acts in the day by the pool rather than constant DJ music.
Show moreHotel staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Bar staff seemed rude and a lot of the time felt ignored. The chefs were disrespectful towards women, would wolf whistle at them and pull inappropriate faces and make inappropriate comments which left my fiancé extremely uncomfortable

Show moreYes absolutely, my experience with hotel staff was really good and they tried everything to make my accommodation better, apart from the tipping which was OK but unless they seen money in your hand they wasnt very helpful!..
