Lovely room in a lovely hotel, but little in the area, which needs to be made clearer when booking. No pool tables or after dinner entertainment. One bar always closed.

Pros: Quiet location with a great view over the bay and only a 5min walk to the bus stop. The entire hotel including bedroom, restaurants, pool, gardens and public areas are lovely and maintained to a high standard. The level of cleanliness is excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The selelection and quality of food and drinks available from the pool side snack bar and the taverna is very good. Cons: The hot selection of breakfast food available is lukewarm at best, odd given the quality of the food available elsewhere in the hotel. Query: The lobby area is lovely, but the bar is never open. This explains why you rarely see anyone in the lobby area. The staff will easily arrange for drinks to be delivered to the lobby area from the pool bar but it would be so much easier to have someone at the bar serving drinks.

We booked a Bungalow, which was exceptional (better than expected) and included a hot tub, the views of the bay were amazing. There was a funicular lift to the Bungalows which again was not expected and we used this every day, which was perfect. The rooms were spotless and the housekeeping team were friendly and efficient. The bed was super king and super comfy.
