    Lovely hotel. Room was comfortable, very good bed. Shower more like a wet room, so made it a bit annoying to stand at the sink with water flowing across the floor, but I've had that before. Not hotel's fault, but loads of wasps everywhere, especially all over the bar as they're attracted to the syrups. Staff kept using syrups that had dead wasps in, which didn't affect taste but still seemed a bit like a food safety issue. Hotel management need to address that. Food nice, plenty of selection.

    Food was repetitive and mixed quality, typical all inclusive quality, but drinks flowed freely and generously was good. Entertainment was very late, not suited to people with young children. Towel service and ironing service a bit of a scam as I mentioned. Cleanliness was only okay. Facilities pretty good though, waterpark was great
