Pros * Good location, close to a great beach and good selection of bars and restaurants a short walk away. * Room cleaned to a high standard and clean towels every day. * Air conditioning effective. * Bed is very comfortable. * Pool area good, bar food /drinks of good quality and reasonably priced. * Shower pressure in room good. * Breakfast sufficient for most tastes. Reasonable selection of cereals & continental style foods. * Staff friendly and helpful. Cons * Asked for our allocated room to be changed within 5 minutes of arrival. It fell well short of expectations and is simply too small to be comfortable for anything longer than a few days (some creative writing and photography on the website, but reality is very different). This hotel has 3 TUI stars, but room we had (room 1) needs considerable work doing to reach that threshold. It is completely dated and marred our overall stay at the hotel, which is a shame as the hotel has much to offer. Definitely the worst room we’ve stayed in for many years. Spoke with some other guests and it appears not many were happy with their rooms either. Saw numerous guests at reception asking to change rooms. * Outside terrace of room is a good size, but we were completely overlooked by every other guest on that side of the hotel (garden view). Absolutely no privacy. * Bathroom very small and even simple maintenance has lapsed. The door to the bathroom would not close properly. Shower cubicle is not only too small, but the doors were hanging off and felt like they were going to fall off the frame every time they were opened/closed. Considerable care needed as you use the shower. Frame of shower cubicle had a thick layer of built up limescale at the base and whole thing needs replacing. * Lighting in bathroom is very dim and simply not good enough. * Pool looks good, but when you look closer it is grubby in places. The tiles round the edge of the pool are coated in grime. Again some basic maintenance and cleaning would resolve this. * Wi-Fi connection not great and constantly dropped out. * Safety deposit box in room is old fashioned system using a large key and fob. TUI brochure also implies it is a free service, it’s not and cost €2 euro per day €14 for the week), plus a local tourist tax of €35 for the week. In essence we handed over €49 to reception before we’d even crossed the threshold of our room. First world problems, but still annoying.

“Princess Hotel”

Prima 3 sterren hotel. Kleinschalig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, zeer gevarieerd, vers en gezond ontbijt met ruime keuze, perfecte locatie, parkeren op het terrein van het hotel, mooie en zeer schone kamer met balkon. Niets dan lof. Ik zou er zo weer heen gaan!

The hotel was spotless, our room was cleaned every day the hotel staff were very friendly. The pool area was relaxing with a nice area to sit and have a drink
