    We spent a week here and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were lovely, friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean and tidied every day, sometimes even twice a day. The mini fridge was always well stocked, and there was plenty of water left in the room. When we arrived, we were greeted with a lovely hamper containing sandwiches, chocolates, wine and fresh fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch and especially came in handy with our fruit-obsessed daughter! The only complaint I would have, which is more down to personal preference, is that I found the beds quite uncomfortable. Other than that, we really couldn't fault the hotel. There was a great choice of food and drinks, with plenty of options throughout the day, and lots of entertainment to keep everyone occupied. Our daughter particularly loved the kids' mini disco and the kids' room, where she could play. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, as well as lots of different areas to sit and relax. One thing that wasn't really the hotel's fault, but was quite frustrating at times, was that we found some of the other guests to be quite rude. This may simply be a cultural difference or something we aren't used to, but we noticed it both at the hotel and at Land of Legends. The hotel was much bigger and nicer than we expected, and overall we had such a lovely time. We would definitely return and would happily recommend it. The bus was also really easy to catch from right outside the resort, making it simple to get into Belek centre.

    “Super Urlaub mit viel spaß dank Animationsteam”

    Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Pine Beach Belek und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel, die Anlage, die Zimmer und der Service waren wirklich sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber das Animationsteam. Die Animation war für uns eines der Highlights des Urlaubs. Vor allem Volleyball und Wasserpolo haben jeden Tag sehr viel Spaß gemacht und für eine super Stimmung gesorgt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Lera, Dima, Cuma Ali! Alle waren sehr freundlich, sympathisch, motiviert und haben sich viel Mühe gegeben, die Gäste einzubeziehen. Man hat gemerkt, dass sie ihre Arbeit gerne machen. Durch euch hatten wir wirklich viele lustige und schöne Momente im Urlaub. Wir würden das Pine Beach Belek auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. 5 Sterne! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    There were language barriers with some staff. Pools were a bit too deep for our 10 year old son..only the water park was suitable. Not many other Emglish guests.

    Hotel was amazing, the facilities are fantastic. However, the rooms are very dated and tired and the bed was absolutely terrible. Cleanliness not the best either.
