    Activity staff top notch, best part of the holiday. Lots of queues at bars. More remote than thought. Clean accommodating hotel. Great pool. Would like more variety with food for all inclusive.

    Not enough staff, 30 minute waiting time at the pool bar for a water. No recycle points for cups used by the pool. Staff ignoring you while you waited to be served, deciding to wipe down and do other jobs than serve. Food choice limited, meat and fish grill options only cooked on request and only 1 order taken at a time when there was a queue and a full grill that could be used. Other main dishes once empty took were not replaced quickly, food was cold especially pasta, no butter, small option of desserts and food didn't really vary each day, most options were the same every day and lunchtime offering was limited with only the outer counters being filled with food. I think the mixture of the hotel being all inclusive and non all inclusive didn't work and we were not aware of this being an issue when we booked .
