Airconditioning was set at 23 degrees and could not be set lower. Every member of my family and friends who was also there (about 25 people)all complained of being to warm in the night and had realy bad sleep. By yhe end of the week everyone was tiered because of broken sleep. Swimming pool area was trecherous. Extramly slippy. My partener slipped on steps that was missing slip protection strips missing on two steps. She has fallen and chipped a bone in her finger and dammaged her coxicks. We complained and 5 days later nothing had been done about the step.

Hotel is lovely and clean, but unfortunately some of the reception staff were very rude and not all friendly, as well as some of the breakfast staff who never smiled or made us feel welcome at all and actually spoiled the whole experience
