The staff are amazing and the location is perfect. Food is lovely but could be a bit warmer and the special touch would be an airer for wet clothes on your balcony. Otherwise, can’t fault it.

We believe TUI star rating to be inaccurate. At best it was only 2 star hotel and defo not a 4star when u compare this to other TUI 4 star in same area. Cleaners did minimal in room. We never had our bedding changed in the the whole 10 days there.

Hotel is not a 4* maximum 2+, lobby area is nice that is it for the accommodation, rooms very dated, bedding stained, pillows flat form constant use, maids not having towels toput in the rooms, when get towels they are gray and thread bare, corridors filthy, carpets stained, should be blue but more black with dirt, lifts not working for 10 days, water leaks through out the hotel, bolts coming out of the sun beds holing them together, cushions on loungers filthy, food ok, drinks poor, no carbonation in fizzy drinks or larger, flat as a pancake.

I booked the hotel based on the 4 star status and good reviews regarding food. The write up for entertainment suggested it was a lively hotel. However each day the activities were the same... yoga, aqua aerobics , ping pong and darts. After a few days its a bit repetitive. The aqua aerobics was not very full on and id say it was more aqua stretching , I didnt join in darts or ping pong as its not my thing. I was expecting some more activities in the daytime such as quizzes or bingo this would have been great. Evening entertainment was also hit and miss. Im guessing because there is so much going on outside on the strip the hotel seems quiet or perhaps its because of end of season. We staying in the tasia maris previous and the entertainment in the evening was great there . The teabags/milk etc wasn't replaced for our stay we had to get it each morning from the breakfast to top it up, the bed had a sheet on it which was too small and simply laid on top of the mattress meaning it moved about during the night and the pillows were like lumps of sponge, shower door leaked each time as its not big so each night a towel had to mop the overspill. Towels... good luck with those.. changed rarely and when they were they were a lovely faded grey white not what you'd expect for a 4 star hotel. Air con. Couldn't use it far too loud. Positives.. food and drinks... amazing options for all meals and bar staff were great with remembering your drinks and taking the time to ask about your day they were lovely especially Georgia, Michaelis and Rafi... Nathan in the resturant was especially polite and helpful too. Working so hard. Location was great right next to beach and short walk to the strip
