Food was lukewarm warm at best not one hot meal all holiday and as for the beach it was that bad it ruined our holiday

Show moreThe hotel was very clean and tidy and all areas however some of the rooms are now getting a bit old and dated. I just need a freshening up.
Show morethe hotel was very disappointing drinks were not good, food was never hot when brought out, lazy river was only put on at the weekend when they had lots of Americans partying, main pool was closed for 10 days of our holiday so they used the little pool as the party pool the music was so loud, the kids pool was partly closed. the beach was so bad you couldn't even walk on it, there was litter from meals on the beach. we upgraded to a swim up suite and had the privilege but it was not good didn't have any of the items we should of had the pool had part of the roof rust in it we did complain but took 2 days to sort the coffee machine didn't work they brought another one that didn't work, we should of had turn down service only happened for about 5 days of the holiday, we had money taken out of our room it was put under all our toiletries on the side, we complained they said the maid thought it was probably a tip, if we tipped we always left out on the bed for them, the room was dirty i dont think the floor in our room was ever sweep there was a dead cockroach by the door for 10 days which was taken away until we moved it to the middle of the room, we paid a lot of money for this holiday and was very disappointed, they just didn't seem to care when complained
Show moreNeeds to stop posting fake reviews. In desperate need of refurbishment. Need a lot of change to truly be a “family” vacation. Needs new staff. Needs to improve its food quality and choice. Let customers or TUI know of any planned closures.
