Although it was ok the last week we were disappointed that the adults only area of the buffet restaurant was closed due to staff shortages also the food was not always hot and a bit limited.
Show moreFirst apartment given on ground floor and the patio doors would not lock so had to change rooms which took over 2 hours to resolve, we had 2 rooms and both did not have swing chairs which were standard in all rooms but ours were missing, beach was not clean and smelt and not usable due to the amount of seaweed which was not cleared daily this was very disappointing for a beach resort as it was sold, room had damp and mild patches and little bugs everywhere which were fumigated in second week of stay, the main pool was due some repair as lots of tiles missing just gave impression of lack of care and upkeep

Show moreHotel is beautiful, the plaza area was beautiful with a huge choice of places to eat, drink and have fun with the kids. Pools were lovely and the lazy river was fab! The only negative to this hotel is some of the staff, they were beyond rude! The staff at the lazy river pool bar and ocean burger acted like we were the biggest inconvenience ever even just asking for two soft drinks. Justina and Jhon at the other pool bar were amazing so we based ourselves there most days and the restaurant staff were generally friendly. The management need to do some serious customer service training on their staff though. As a whole the hotel, facilities and pool was fantastic and I would happily go back as long as I’m welcomed with a smile when I ask for a drink
