    Beautiful hotel however there are things which sadly let it down like broken sun loungers and beds not replaced or fixed - no arrival refreshment and poor check in experience- advised of husbands birthday whilst we were there, nothing done to make this special, sometimes really slow bar service when only a couple of people waiting - gardens on terraces over grown grass and trees- broken bins and toilet roll holders in toilets - broken shades on outside terrace seating areas - access not working to baby changing facilities and only one available- lift out of service so difficult for getting around with baby up and down stairs with buggy - foods in restaurant but really catering well for young children ie hard pasta and vegatables / fruit a lot of the time just the finishing touches really over looked or taking too much time to fix which take away from a very beautiful hotel otherwise reception need to communicate better with other teams and do what they say they will do faster

    “Mamgia”

    Stort sett hjelpsomme og blide ansatte. Noen gav feil bestillinger o.l og var sure når vi spurte etterpå. Maten passer ikke til prisen vi betalte. Villsvin hadde ødelagt mye av plen/uteplass utenfor leiligheten, ingen ryddet opp i det.
