The food was great quality, although they were nit very flexible with booking different restaurant options. The dining room could have done to have been a little more organised

The staff were very rude and unfriendly, particularly at the bars. The worst part was having to have a plastic glass to be able to have a drink outside...very inconvenient. No issue with having plastic glasses outside but you had to physically have one in your possession so couldn't just go to the bar from the pool for example or in the waterpark. Was extremely inconvenient and quite ridiculous at times.

I cannot fault the accommodation in all areas. The air con is amazing in the main room however there is no air con in the kids room. We had 2 red weather warnings whilst out there and so air con was essential. My son slept in main room with me to be cool however if there was 3 of us or more someone would have to stay in the kids room. The hotel confirmed that there is no air con in the kids room and just to keep the door open and the air con will travel but this is not the case. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Magic Natura has the best air con - if they could just extend it into kids room. There is a set up on the wall for the kids room but it is turned off at main unit however is installed. There was a sign in the room saying we had to turn off the air con when out of the room (hotel rules) this was not published in writing however we adhered to the rule however various other rooms left air con on all day when out including when they went on day trips (I asked some about their air con). To be fair and inclusive, the hotel needs to be clear on the air con rules and enforce it so that everyone is consistent.

Cleaners didn’t clean our room properly we had ants cockroaches mosquitoes needed to be fumigated x2 beds weren’t made no clean sheets
