    Had a few issues with the hotel. Cross contamination of food in the restaurant being a large problem. Chef at the pasta bar touching raw chicken and then touching plates, no washing hands in between. Using same utensils for raw meat as he was for veggie foods such as the cheese and vegetables. Saw this on a number of occasions. hot food options at buffet were always cold and definitely hadn't been food probed to check temperatures. Majority of cold buffet options weren't clearly labelled and showed no allergens. I did mention to the lady and man on two separate occasions and was offered an extra a la carte. I didn't feel this really made up for these issues. Furthermore, the a la cartes were also a disappointment too as what was displayed on the menus wasn't acutally offered. 3 days in to our 7 night stay they ran out of the sparkling wine, which is the only alcohol we enjoy. We rasied this and were told 'more coming tomorrow'. This never happened. Really disappointed as we don't drink much else in the way of alcohol. Room was dated and had some issues. The drain in the bath and in the sink wasn't working and there was an awful smell in the room. We had a shower first night and the bath just filled up entirely with water. Raised this with reception and Maintenace came 24 hours later and fixed but the awful smell never went away. Rooms were never properly cleaned by the cleaning staff, I spoke to our cleaner about how the floors were never swept or cleaned and could she make sure this be seen to but it never improved. Overall, this isn't the service I expect and have known from TUI before and it's put me off rebooking as none of the issues I raised were ever properly dealt with. I am happy to be further contact to discuss this in more detail and would appreciate a response to the issues we faced. Thanks, Gemma

    Clean, and good hotel, staff friendly and obliging. The food let the hotel down. I have an allergy and there was not any labels on any of the food. The staff didn’t seem confident in advising me which foods were wheat free.
