    The hotel itself is beautiful - lovely rooms, clean and spacious. For us, the hotel was just too big, impersonal and very busy. The restaurant felt like a canteen at school - noisy, people pushing in and if you wanted to treat yourself to a nice bottle of wine (the all-inclusive red and rose was a bit like vinegar), you had to go and pay at the main reception before the meal and then go and explain to the waiters what you’d done. By the time you got your wine, you were often finished. Positives - our boys loved it, staff were largely very friendly, good choice of food and helpful rep. We didn’t really bother with the evening entertainment but it was nice having a drink, playing cards and enjoying family time. Negatives, the padel/pickleball is stated as a free activity on the TUI information but it isn’t. Outside of the hotel, everything is a haggle which is exhausting and not enjoyable sadly. We were wanted about this at the market but even the taxi drivers would try and charge you double what you’d been told to pay. We had two lovely evenings at the Port and enjoyed some scuba diving plus activities on the beach. We all enjoyed our holiday but I wouldn’t rush back to Tunisia and would certainly look more carefully at the size of the hotel next time. We were spoilt in Budoni last year and sadly, this just didn’t live up to our expectations.

    Reception and the public areas inside were lovely. Rooms dated, need to be updated, painted. Air con was awful in the room.

    Don’t even know where to start. From the long wait for the room, with the reason “sorry the people in the room don’t want to go yet” crying at reception because they were delaying us all the time, to how dirty the pool water was, how they were whistling us to get out of the pool at 6 pm to clean it but nobody was cleaning it….to the fact that 6 people out of 17 got ear infection and one severe folliculitis, and one food poisoning throwing up all night in the last night…to staff always waiting for their tips even when we didn’t have money with us, we made the best out of it because we didn’t want to ruin our holiday but we really struggled. Well done to the animation team, Aladyn and Akon saved what was left of our holiday. We’re not coming back. We hope this hotel will improve as it has potential. Wishing them all the best.
