    The accommodation was the same room we paid for 2 years ago but we booked and paid extra for a “suite” so feel we have been conned out of our money, a single bedroom cannot be advertised as a suite

    This was our third time visiting, although there has been a renovation, we feel it was not to the best standard, the quiet pool area was not cleaned daily, around the pool its self was again not cleaned daily. We feel the attention to detail and overall hotel has changed. The planned renovation to add a waterpark is an additional reason why we will not be returning to this particular hotel. We have booked with another Louis hotel in the region for next year in hope that the standards are higher. Overall it was a good break for us, the beds were comfy, the food was ok although we were on all inclusive we ate out a couple of evenings for more variety.
