    “Limak Lara”

    Limak Lara in Antalya is een groot mooi en schoon hotel. Kamers zijn prima tot 4 personen (wel op 1 kamer). Het eten is prima voor alle gangen en voor ieder is er wel wat wils. Het personeel rent zich de benen uit hun lijf om je te helpen en te verzorgen! Wie ik extra wil benoemen zijn Berkay en Ibrahim van het animatie team! En serveerster Merve op haar skeelers. Echt 3 toppers die je je speciaal laten voelen en je vakantiegevoel versterken.

    Absolute rubbish! Needed to pay to eat at other restaurants in the resort, not giving you the drinks you want. Trying to serve you cheap coke and not giving you the drinks that you ask for. Staff English was very poor, not understanding, I needed to request a drink with ice 5 times on each time in order for them to understand. The food option was very limited and it tasted like it was a buffet from a Park! Not from a 5 start resort hotel. Just everything within the resort was limited, kids activities limited, kids food limited, no pizza for kids, if you wanted to order a burger you needed to go and book yourself with the restaurant which provided burgers and that costs 15 euros per person, so why did I pay TUI for all inclusive holiday for? If I needed to pay for food I could of just booked room only service! I wish I could get a refund for this holiday, but I don't think that will be possible, so my next time I will think twice before booking with TUI.

    The hotel drinks were poor quality. Lack of choice. The hotel was 90% Turkish and other nationalities so we found it quite isolating. The attitude of the guests was just awful, rude and entitled. Pushing in and lacking any manners.
