    The hotel was fantastic..badly let down with food...very little choice ..pork. pork.pork..we had pork 7 nights out of 10..very disappointed in both choice and quality of food...drinks very small glass a third of pint for £3.50..not really acceptable..different prices each time we went to bar. Eventually stopped buying .other than that .the hotel has many beautiful features and views..let down only by food and drink

    Food was the biggest problem, never hot or even warm on some occasions. Not a 4* hotel by other standards we have stayed in with you. Kids club not open so little ones running around all day. Only 1 bar open , pool bar from 10.30am to 11pm for AI. (12o'clock if you paid for it, good if you are a late night person like our group) Roof top bar only open twice during our 2weeks and you had to pay for all drinks, even though they are the same as downstairs at the pool bar, why?

    We went half board, the drinks at the bar, which we ordered 2 beers, it was in a plastic half pint for €4.50 each. The all inclusive customers were getting exactly the same for free. I understand we have to pay, but if you are paying for it, it should have at least been a bigger measure in a half or pint glass. The food was always cold.
