    “Prachtige bestemming aan de Indische Oceaan 🫍”

    Prachtig hotel op een unieke locatie. Het complex is gedeeltelijk gebouwd op een eeuwenoud koraal rif en wordt door een mooie tuin omgeven. We hadden een gerenoveerde kamer met ocean view, heel mooi. Het strand en de service erop was echt fantastisch, je kan er heerlijk zwemmen en met eb het rif bewandelen. Eten in het buffet restaurant is prima, en als je de \"dining around\" doet kan je als carte eten op meerdere locaties. De kamers waren ruim, schoon en goed uitgerust. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk op alle plekken en van hoog tot laag doet iedereen z'n best om het je naar je zin te maken. Ik kan eigenlijk niets bedenken wat me tegen is gevallen. Ik wil al de medewerkers van het Daimonds Leisure Beach Resort bedanken voor een super vakantie, we hebben echt genoten !

    Hotel Diamonds Leisure Beach Resort przepięknie położony bardzo ładnie utrzymany ogród. Pokoje Bardzo ładne wszędzie mega czyściutko obsługa przemiła ale all inclusive trochę kuleje , Kiepski wybór jedzenia , po południu snack bar bardzo ubogi i obsługa w restauracji niezbyt sprawnie działała wszystko bardzo Pole pole... nieraz napoje dostaliśmy po zakończonym jedzeniu a nieraz przez cały posiłek nikt nie zapytał czy nie potrzebujemy czegoś. stoły często Były nieposprzątane przychodząc Na posiłki nie było gdzie usiąść. Serwis plażowy praktycznie nie istnieje. Obiekt nadrabia przepiękną plażą chyba najładniejszą na całym wybrzeżu diani Beach. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa W niedalekiej odległości znajduje się Market oraz inne sklepiki w których można kupić pamiątki

    “Cudowny hotel”

    Hotel Dmianods Leisure jest na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Piękny ogród, przestronne pokoje, cudowna plaża i dużo basenów. Nie ma tłumów ani walki o leżaki. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, napoje podawane w szkle (a nie w plastiku - mega plus). Obsługa przesymaptyczna i pomocna.

    Our trip to Kenya was lovely, the trip itself was fantastic. However, we was disappointed when Tui had been in touch to state there was going to be minimal disruption by our hotel having renovation work, to then find out that a large portion of the hotel was closed including the main pool and pool bar, as well as other aspects of the hotel. In addition there was a conference for 4 days at our hotel, meaning that hundreds of people were also in line for food at the all inclusive, so much so that we couldn’t get a table, ques for food were about 30 minutes and 3 of the days we ended up getting a takeaway pizza simply because of how unorganised it was. The hotel although beautiful had some downfalls, our mini bar in our fridge was not stocked daily even though we was told it would be, we had to call daily to request it be topped up even with water. Our shower had no hot water 5 of the days and we had to raise this with the staff, to which they just kept saying they will sort, but had no urgency despite the regular phone calls to reception to log and speaking to staff at reception to get it fixed. We had a safari booked but the TUI rep was never at the hotel, I had to get the staff to call him to ask him when pick up was, then message on the Tui app to get this information as he wasn’t sure. As you can imagine whilst being on holiday and having to do this, it was no ideal. In addition, when we finally got to speak to the rep; again on the phone not in person, we discussed other trips we wanted to book. He simply stated for us to look on the app, rather than offering to come and speak to us about what would be good. As a result we ended up booking through a third party, which offered trips at a fraction of the price and were incredibly efficient. I was very dissapointed with the Tui service received. I do have a map of all closed locations at the hotel that was under renovation, despite being told in email prior it would be “minor disruption” and “just a lick of paint in reception”. The reality was that it was building work, with the roof off one day, closed shops, bars and pools and not enough space for the amount of guests at the hotel.
