    I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a full week, and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The choice and quality of food was excellent, with a great variety available each day. There was always plenty of choice, and the meals were well presented and enjoyable. It was clear that a lot of effort went into making sure guests were well catered for. A special mention has to go to the cleaning team. They work extremely hard and do a fantastic job keeping the hotel and rooms clean, tidy and welcoming. Their hard work really doesn’t go unnoticed and deserves plenty of credit. All of the staff throughout the hotel were polite, professional and friendly, and their excellent customer service really made a difference to our stay. The rooftop bar was another highlight. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, and the service was excellent. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic week and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff, including the housekeeping team and the rooftop bar staff, for making our stay such an enjoyable one. We would definitely love to return
