    hotel although lovely was not a 5 star it was clean but tired in areas. we were the only English people in the hotel and the food reflected this

    “Hotel nie dla Polaków”

    Nie był to nasz pierwszy pobyt w Turcji. Jednak tym jesteśmy najbardziej zniesmaczeni. W hotelu 85% gości to Rosjanie. Rosjanie którzy zachowują się jak zwykłe bydło (delikatnie mowiac). Najgorsze jest to ze nikt z obsługi nigdy nie zwrócił im uwagi! Wręcz przeciwnie, traktowani byli priorytetowo i z wyróżnieniem. Byliśmy świadkami sytuacji w której matka biła po twarzy dziecko bo to chciało zostać na basenie! Rosyjskie dzieci bez skrupułów zaczepiały, popychały inne, zabierały zabawki, potrafiły zwyzywać po rosyjsku. Głośne libacje z muzyką z przenosnych głośników do samego rana! W restauracjach wszędzie sie wpychali, nie zwracając uwagi na kolejkę. Co do samego hotelu- większą połowa obsługi nie mówi w języku angielskim. Soki w restauracji najpierw dostarczane rosjanom, pozniej pozostałym gościom. Często wychodziliśmy z posiłku bez choćby szklanki wody. Jedzenia niewiele jak na Turcję. Plus należy sie zdecydowanie za pokoje, ich standard i porządek. Panie sprzątające zdecydowanie robiły najlepszą robotę w tym hotelu. Podsumowując: był to nasz drugi hotel z sieci Kirman. Liczyliśmy na takie samo wow jak Sidemarin, jednak wyszła jedna wielka klapa. Osobiście- odradzamy. No chyba ze ktoś chce sie poczuć naprawdę gorzej i mieć kiepskie wakacje

    This was our second time visiting the Sidera Kirman Premium and we had a wonderful time. From the moment we stepped into reception we were greeted by tue receptionist who remembered us from April. He had taken the time previously to help us out with a transfer that hadn’t arrived. The staff are fantastic. They have such enthusiasm and are warm and friendly. I want to say a special thank you to Amut (roller skating pool bar waiter) and Aziz (barman) who made our stay extra special. They truly went above and beyond the normal to make our holiday exceptional. Vasel the Animation Director is incredibly funny, inclusive and clearly loves his job even though it’s coming to the back end of the season. He is brilliant with the children and our youngest Edward loved him. He tries to be as inclusive as possible for all nationalities, despite the hotel being majority Russian. He didn’t have a day off the whole time we were there and he is clearly the glue that holds the animation team together. We look forward to seeing all of the staff back next year when we come again in April. My one area for improvement would be more variety of shows for the later season. Other hotels had fireworks and shows for Turkish Republic day and we didn’t have anything. I think it’s important to celebrate Turkish culture and this would have been a great opportunity. We were also told they had been holding beach parties and other events such as Oktoberfest, but even though the hotel was busy, there was nothing like this on show. The food at the Sidera Kirman is wonderful. There are so many options available for all tastes and we loved trying all of the different cuisines. Our favourite was lunch in the food court, which was always fresh and tasty. One thing we love is that the management actively seek out feedback and improvements by coming and speaking to guests. We had a lovely conversation with a man from guest services at sunset on the pier where you truly felt as though they listen and care about your opinions. We have found a home from home in the Sidera Kirman premium hotel and we can’t wait to come back and see you all again next year. Thank you.
