we were robbed in our hotel along with 14 other rooms i contacted tui support and they stated that a resort rep would be out to help us the following day. Rep never showed therefore contacted via app and they said since there was no physical assault it wasn't their problem. i informed tui on the call that myself and partner no longer felt safe where we were, The hotel was refused to move unless we paid for another room which we had no funds available due to the fact we were just robbed. Despite being aware of the circumstances and fear of staying in the same room, tui did not help me secure a new room or provide any assistance and follow up as stated on the call. The hotel provided in the package holiday had no cctv which isn't mentioned when booking it online and many previous incidents of robbery that was not on the reviews therefore it is reasonably expected for this hotel to be secure and i would hope that further changes be made to the advertisement of hotels in the future.

Our hotel was spotless sheets and towels changed most days and there was no issue with getting extra towels etc. the on site shop was very responsible with prices matching supermarkets had almost everything we needed. Plenty of room at the pool area and although we were across the road from the main hotel lived the under ground tunnel meant we were not trying to cross a busy road when going from and to our apartment

Our accommodation exceeded our expectations—it was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the facilities were outstanding. We also appreciated how easy TUI made the booking process and the clear communication before and during our trip.
