We had a very big apartment. We had the main room with a sofa bed, microwave and kettle with cups and saucers, a bedroom with two large single beds, and loads of storage for our clothes, a large bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. And a front and back balcony.

When we arrived at the hotel we had to wait for a receptionist who was sat in the office with there feet up, after coming to our attention he didn’t really seem to be able to give us any information about the hotel’s facilities, we asked if there was anywhere to get a drink of water and he pointed at a vending machine, he did say they had a late buffet on down in the restaurant for us but when we went down they were just stale bread and no butter left, no one was standing guard of the doors and they were others who was already staying at the hotel in getting the food which left us with nothing. The rooms were not very clean and our sheets had stains on them, these stains were there the whole stay and cleaners just made the beds but didn’t change the sheet. We asked the maid to change our bedding and she said she had and it was “all fresh”. But the same mark on the sheet was still there! The bar staff at the pool bar were very rude, The ladies on the reception were also extremely rude, when I went up they just said what or just talked amongst themselves, leaving us to stand and wait for them to be finished in conversation before answering our query. The entertainment wasn’t great for the children, the mini disco were held on a stair case which children was falling down and hurting themselves on. They didn’t have great English so when our children were asking questions they couldn’t answer. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and friendly, they had good communication with us, and made us feel very welcomed. The water park area could do with a good clean and sort as the toilets are in sheds which have no aircon and very hot, the tiles around the pool were lifting and cutting peoples feet, my son cut his toes open a couple of times by walking too and from the kids pool to the loungers. The paint on the slides were faded and some even peeling so we’re floating around in the water. Some of the sun loungers were mouldy and very dirty so we had to clean them ourselves before putting our towels down on them. Whilst staying here I also never saw the pool getting cleaned and the water was very cloudy. We made the holiday good ourselves and had a pleasant time over all. But us as a family wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.
