Accommodation was fair for the price my husband lost his Apple Watch around the pool and wasn’t found the people on reception wasn’t bothered at all to help we received more help from the pool staff I would go as far as to say the reception staff was rude and not interested

There was a horrendous smell in our room bleachy sewage smell horrible when we complained they said there was no available room .they sent the cleaners up who scrubbed the floors and left a can of air freshener very disappointing having to spray our room a few times a day

Service was not great, very slow and lack of care. Bar staff did not listen and long waits when ordering snacks. Paid for all inclusive and ended up being a waste of money the amount we spent on buying drinks from the supermarket
