    “H10 - Rubicon - Belle expérience”

    Dans l’ensemble, notre séjour au H10 Rubicón Palace à Lanzarote s’est très bien déroulé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée et l’hôtel était particulièrement propre. Le buffet est correct et propose de beaux produits. Le principal problème ne vient toutefois pas de l’établissement, mais du manque de civisme de certains voyageurs qui prennent de grandes quantités des plats les plus raffinés, parfois au risque de les gaspiller. Lorsque l’on arrive plus tard au restaurant, certains produits ne sont naturellement plus disponibles et ne sont pas systématiquement renouvelés, ce qui peut se comprendre. La chambre était impeccable et le service quotidien était remarquable. La douche était également facilement accessible et très agréable. La seule véritable remarque concerne l’aménagement de la chambre. Pour une famille composée de deux adultes et de deux enfants, la présence de deux lavabos serait particulièrement appréciable et faciliterait grandement l’organisation quotidienne. Hormis ce point, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un hôtel propre, agréable et accueillant.

    “Not the Five-Star Experience We Expected”

    We stayed at H10 Rubicorn in Lanzarote expecting a high-quality five-star experience, but unfortunately the hotel did not meet our expectations. There were very limited vegetarian options, which caused a lot of inconvenience for us, especially for our little one, and the overall food quality was not particularly good. The most disappointing experience was at the Asian restaurant, where we were served meat twice despite clearly telling the staff several times that we were vegetarian. This was unacceptable and showed a serious lack of attention. The cleanliness of the room was also below standard. Even after repeatedly asking the staff to clean it properly, the room was still not cleaned well, which was very disappointing. Although the overall stay was okay, the quality of the food, housekeeping and service did not reflect what we would expect from a five-star hotel. In our view, the rating feels misleading, and the hotel needs to improve its vegetarian options, staff communication and room-cleaning standards.

    Room not cleaned properly, found a pair of underpants under the bed ( not mine). Disgusting. Not enough information about buses to local town.
