    The poor quality of drinks in the all inclusive packages the drinks had no fizz in them at all and's the restaurant when busy was too hectic to see what food was there and the quality of food was ok could of been better for a 4 star hotel

    Although we don’t feel it was the 4 star we have had in other placed ( no water in rooms and hard to obtain pool towels, taking 5 attempts to get hold of some) the buffet food was of good quality and the hotel was reasonable for the price

    Only 1 bar open at a time which led to lengthy queues day & night. Approx. 15 minutes per visit to the bar. The tea coffee sugar & milk never replenished & sheets not changed at all during our week.

    Our stay was really nice! My friend had some allergies for drinks, she found a cocktail that she could drink (margarita) then the next time she ordered the same the slushi machine was used where it hadn't been before so it made it harder to navigate when and what she could order but other than that it was a really lovely stay and the bartenders were lovely!

    The staff at reception were really nice. Most of the staff in bar and dinning were lovely. The location is brilliant. The hotel could do with a bit of titivating/update. And the sunbeds and tables round the pool wernt as clean as could be. Also cutlery, crockery, glasses etc in dining wernt as clean as could be had to choose carefully.
