Hotel was ok. Thin walls uncomfortable beds. Hotel clean and staff good.

The staff are friendly and helpful , housekeepers are always on hand to assist

Excellent for both kids and adults. So clean and great location. Food was lovely, something for everyone

When we arrived there was no entertainment for kids or adults during the day or in the evening for the first 4 days/night, then on our 5th day/night they started doing entertainment which was good and kids disco was good for the kids but we only got 3 nights of this. Definitely not value for money. There was no variety of food options for lunch and dinner it was 1 meat dish u either had it or not, 1 dessert the same. The que for the bar was ridiculous 1 staff member on for the hotel which was booked out all inclusive hotels using have a help yourself station to the soft drinks beer and wine but this hotel advertise it but there was no self service you and to que. With being all inclusive you wer suppose to recieve ice lollies and cocktails at a discounted price, we never recieved discounted price as the bar staff kept charging full price only 1 bar staff acc understood if you were all inclusive u receive discount. Pool bar you were advertised that you could get crisps from there when we went up to get some some bar staff said no I cant give u them you go elsewhere for them while others at the bar where getting crisps. If you were there half bird and paying for you drinks, they seemed to serve them quicker than the 1's there aall inclusive. I had a family room 2 adults 2 kids 1 aged 8 and 1 aged 4 we wer allocated on the very top floor with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. 1 my aged 8 year old physically couldn't sleep on top bunk shes too big and I couldn't have my aged 4 year old sleep on top bunk due to her autism. With being on top floor wasnt safe for my youngest child she has no sense of danager and kept running I was scared incase she ran onto balcony and had fell I went to reception to ask to be moved and they said they couldn't move us because all the family rooms are located on top floor, this doesn't make sense at all. I wasnt happy I was constant on edge while in hotel room my balcony door didnt lock and wasnt fixed the whole time we wer there. The hotel room door didnt lock so my child could have got out I had to put stuff up against the door so we would of heard her trying to escape. The fire alarm went off at 12.30 in middle of night and aall we heard was fire fire we started trying to get out how can your get a family on top floor down to bottom floor it was hard and it turned out to be someone smoking in there room and nothing was done to the guests that decided to smoke in there room. My room had 4 people in it I was only either given 3 towels for showering I kept complaining about this and nothing happen. My balcony was never cleaned the whole time we were there and it was stinking as the next door to us had rubbish on there's and the wind blew everything into ours. I defo wouldnt be back to this hotel alot has to change its 100% not worth the money and value for money for what you get.
