    “Hotel mimo deklaracji że oferuje dietę bezglutenową nie zapewnił mi nic”

    Jestem zawiedziona tym hotelem, wybrałam go dlatego że widnieje w Tui jako hotel oferujący dietę bezglutenową, jako że jestem chora na celiakię, jest to dla mnie sprawa życia i śmierci. Hotel mimo zgłoszenia przez Tui, podczas zameldwania i szefowi sali nie zapewłnił nawet w minimalnym stopniu diety bezglutenowej. Sama musiałem jechać do centrum miasta i szukać chleba bezglutenowego i innych przekąsek. Zero deserów, bardzo znikome oznaczenia alergenów, w większości błędne. Jestem technologiem żywności więc mówię to z pełną odpowiedzialnością. Dla zdrowych ludzi również wybór potraw tragicznie mały. Śniadanie dzień w dzień to samo, nie polecam nikomu. Takie all inclusive to jakoś żart. Jak zrobisz sobie sam kawę czy herbatę z automatu w lobby to masz za darmo, jeśli poprosisz o to pracownika to płacisz około 3 euro 😄 dramat. To już w Afryce lepiej wygląda all.

    Arrived late at night and from around 3am was kept awake with drilling coming from downstairs. I spoke to reception in the morning, who reassured me it must have just been guests checking out overnight. Then when I went downstairs to breakfast, I found there to be a number of doors leaned against the wall that had been taken off the hinges during the night - which proved my theory to be correct. In addition to this, the hotel rooms walls are paper thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, pack some ear plugs! The pool and terrace area are nice and mostly clean, with generally plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available throughout the day. The all inclusive drinks are a load of rubbish. Very basic options and only 5 cocktail options, of which are pre-made, luke warm and taste awful. Speaking of Luke warm, the food is never hot. If you like eating hake or pork, then you’re going to love it as that was offered for every lunchtime and evening meal. The cold buffet and puddings were good, but the hot food was greasy, full of oil and contained meat that was either 90% bone or fat. My double room with a pool view did not in fact give a pool view at all. This was disputed with the hotel, but they insisted that it was a pool view (see photos and make your own mind up). Photos also demonstrate the worn down rooms that are in need of some refurbishment and TLC. The entertainment was very hit and miss. There was a weekly entertainment schedule for daytime and evening, but half the time it changed without explanation or they just didn’t bother to do it at all. Very disappointing when there’s not a lot else going on in the area. If you are physically fit, a walk into Can Picafort is a great place to explore and have a drink or two, particularly on a Friday when they have a market. Overall, the hotel is so far off of a 4 star rating. It is a 3 star at best. Very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend or return.

    I feel that the description should include the bathrooms have a privacy screen (that's not bery good) not everybody likes to share bathroom experiences with other family members.

    “Świetny pobyt”

    Hotel godny polecenia. Czysto, obsługa bardzo dobra. Gdy był problem z klimatyzacją, wymieniono nam pokój. Jedzenie wyśmienite, bardzo dobra organizacja restauracji. Przy basenie leżaki zawsze dostępne. Do plaży bardzo blisko, okolica spokojna, hotel na obrzeżu miejscowości. Bardzo udany pobyt.
